Your items will be shipped from Semarang - Indonesia via EMS service 

Shipping time :
10-14 days to Europe and Canada
7-10 days to USA
5 days to ASIA

A Tracking Number will be forwarded to you once items have been shipped. Usually, your package can be traced online 1-3 business days after the shipping date.

We need your PHONE NUMBER for shipping please ^^


If you want more FAST we can use DHL / FEDEX (3 days to USA) but the cost will be very expensive.


AFTER 7 DAYS YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON SHIPMENT:

1. CHECKING YOUR PACKAGE TO SEE IF SHIPMENT HAS BEEN HELD UP AT CUSTOMS

We will help you to contact EMS office, but this will take time, I hope you will be patient.


Please note that lateness from EMS  is not our mistake.

We are not responsible for items lost in mail, since we always have provided tracking number for every purchase. We will try our best to work with you if shipping problems arise. 


Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

.LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE.
We're deeply sorry but we are not responsible for lost or stolen package since we always have provided tracking number for every purchase. Yet we will try our best to work with you if shipping problems arise.

We offer 3 days exchange guarantee on anything from our shop, We'll happily EXCHANGE your order make new items for you as soon as possible.
We will adjust or replace your purchase until it is just right!

Return Condition
:: Item get defect, broken from manufacture.
:: Seller error ex: wrong size, wrong color.
:: Refund of item cost will be processed after we receive return.
:: Item MUST arrive in the original condition in which it was shipped no stain no broken, unworn,unwashed.

NOT Accept Return Condition
- For returned item, I can not be held responsible for any lost packages.
- Buyer changes purpose not to use the item.
- Miss checking measurement because of buyer mistake
- Used items.

TIME OF MAKING FOR CUSTOM ORDER 
1 tote bag = 3 weeks 
1 little bag = 2 weeks 
1 binder cover  = 2 weeks 
1 pouch = 2 weeks

Many times that the customer leaves a neutral or negative feedback because the package did not arrive quickly. 
We think delay means when the seller does not send it within the time frame she describes in her policy. We have found that the seller is almost always blamed for the Postal Service delays, way the packages are handle, etc

We as a seller do not work in the Post office, and cannot control what they do. I think everyone should go, and complaint to their post office each time there is a problem, so maybe someday the post service will improve.
